The Chef: Lyndsay
The Menu: A yummy, meat-free meatloaf, courtesy of Field Roast Grain Meat Company, which Lyndsay topped with the traditional ketchup and then slathered in a homemade gravy. Where did she find a recipe for gravy? That would be over on VegWeb.com, of course! Her green salad was lovely as ever, and you might have noticed some seriously thick-cut potatoes up towards the top of the plate.
