The Chef: Liz

The Menu: A classic peanut butter and jam sandwich on whole-wheat bread.

The Goods: To clarify, I didn't eat three-fourths of a sandwich for lunch. No, I had in fact already begun eating my sandwich when I remembered I needed to document my meal. This truly stacked sandwich will fuel me for a few hours, until mid-afternoon snack time, when a bag of fresh, crunchy carrots will tide me over until dinner. Before dinner, however, I'll be sipping on Sake Pomegranate Lemonade martinis at SF Vegan Drinks!
