The Chef: Liz
The Menu: Another installment of what is quickly becoming Liz's signature dish: soup! Today's pot contained a blend of potatoes, curry, carrots, broccoli, corn, tomatoes, cashew cream, and garlic. She topped the thick, savory meal with breadcrumbs and served a vibrant kale salad alongside. Yes, those are grated carrots and avocado that you see in the kale salad, and yes, it was delicious.
