The Chef: Daiya!
The Menu: Pizza! Like, the kind with melty, gooey, stretchy, delicious vegan cheese on it! And sauce and crust, but those pretty much come standard.
The Goods: As you might have read in an exclusive sneak peek on Ecorazzi recently, we named a few of our 20o9 Veggie Award winners—among them Daiya cheese for Product of the Year. This is kind of a big deal. In celebration, we ventured out to a local pizzeria, brought our own Daiya with us, and, presto! Amazing vegan pizza. We highly suggest doing the same, wherever you live.
