I have to prove you wrong! The Rainbow Kale salad, at Whole Earth in Princeton is beyond amazing! It is kale, purple cabbage, shredded carrot, sesame seed, baked tofu, tamari almonds, brown rice and the dressing ahhhhhh so good, but kale is the star...... I wish I could have it right now.
