Soaked and simmered to just under tender along with a nice chunk of dried chipolte pepper. Then adding a large scoop of my fresh salsa, some diced onion and green pepper, a clove or two of crushed garlic. Adding a good bit of chili powder and some ground cumin and a bit of sea salt.Cooked until nice and thick.
